Edit “Getting Started with PayBeat”
Title
Content (Markdown)
PayBeat tracks your accounts, bills, and spending, then projects your balance forward so you always know whether you'll make it to payday. ## 1. Add your accounts Go to **Accounts** and add each account you want to track (checking, savings, credit card). PayBeat does not connect to your bank — you enter balances directly or import a statement, so nothing ever asks for your bank login. ## 2. Log your bills and income Add recurring transactions for anything that repeats: rent, subscriptions, paychecks. PayBeat uses these to build the cash flow projection. ## 3. Check the calendar The cash flow calendar shows a projected balance for every day, not just today, so a tight week shows up before it happens. ## 4. Reconcile against your statement When your bank statement arrives, use **Reconciliation** to check off cleared transactions. This is what turns a projected number into a verified one.
